Q: Is it safe to use my credit card on your site?

A: Creative Recreation uses appropriate security measures to protect the information you provide to us. However, while we take reasonable steps to protect this personal information from unauthorized access, use or disclosure, you accept that no Internet data transmission can be guaranteed to be secure from access by unintended recipients and you agree not to hold us responsible for any breach of security unless this breach is due to our negligence.

Q: Is it safe to use my debit card online?

A: Yes. And please note: If you choose to pay by debit card, the amount you charge will be put on "hold", meaning it will not be available to you once you place your order. Once your transaction is processed, the amount of the transaction will be withdrawn from your account and the original "hold" will be voided.

Q: I want to return my purchase! What do I do?

A: If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, Creative Recreation is pleased to offer the highest standard of customer service. All unworn merchandise must be returned to its original package, along with the receipt, for up to 30 days from the date of purchase. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Please fill out the online return form found in our return policy.

Q: How long will it be before I receive my order?

A: Orders placed Monday-Friday before 12 PM PST will begin processing that day, excluding holidays, and will ship within 2 business days pending availability and credit verification. All orders placed after 12 PM PST will begin processing the next business day, and ship within 2-3 business days. Orders placed on Friday after 12 PM PST will begin processing on the following Monday. For standard shipping, you should receive your order within 4-5 business days from the time order is processed.

Q: What forms of payment do you accept?

A: We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express for all orders.

Q: How do I order items with Cashier's Checks or Money Orders?

A: At this time we do not accept Cashier's Checks or Money Orders.

Q: Do you ship to addresses outside the United States?

A: At this time we do not ship outside the United States.

Q: Do you ship to PO boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses?

A: Due to shipper restrictions, shipping is not available to A.P.O./F.P.O. and P.O. box addresses.

Q: When placing an order I get an error message stating that there has been an authorization failure. What went wrong?

A: Please double check the credit card number and expiration date on your card. Also, please be aware that we currently accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express for credit card payment.

Q: Do you do back orders?

A: Creative Recreation does not do back orders. If an item is out of stock we will notify you as soon as possible. Out of stock orders will be canceled and you will not be charged.

Q: Do you have a catalog?

A: Our entire product line is online, we do not have a physical catalog.

Q: Do you offer gift certificates and/or gift cards?

A: At this time we do not offer gift certificates and/or gift cards. We do offer some coupon codes through our mailing list. There is a limit of 5 pairs per coupon.

Q: What are cookies? Do I need to enable cookies on my browser to shop at

A: Cookies are pieces of information a website can send to your computer’s browser for record-keeping purposes. Q: I had a failed transaction, but the charge still showed up on my bank statement.

A: What you are seeing on your card is the declined charge. When you attempted to place your order an initial hold was put on the funds to make sure they were available. Once the order was declined the charge was then declined and will be released back to you in your banks standard processing time. This can take between 1-2 buisness days depending upon your banks processing time. If you feel you are still being charged in error feel free to email with any questions or concerns.
