SHIPPING

We accept orders online 24 hours-a-day, seven (7) days a week. Orders entered into cr8rec.com will then be processed (pending credit card approval) and shipped out from our California distribution center.

Orders placed Monday-Friday before 12 PM PST will begin processing that day, excluding holidays, and will start shipping within 2 business days pending availability and credit verification. All orders placed after 12 PM PST will begin processing the next business day, and possibly start shipping within 2 business days. Orders placed on Friday after 12 PM PST will begin processing on the following Monday. If the merchandise selected is not currently available or if additional identification is needed for credit verification, Creative Recreation Customer Service will contact you by email. *DELIVERY TIME DOES NOT INCLUDE SATURDAYS, SUNDAYS OR HOLIDAYS, pending credit verification.

When an order is placed, it will be shipped to an address designated by the purchaser as long as that shipping address is compliant with the shipping restrictions contained on the website.

Refused Shipments

If you decide to refuse any shipments from cr8rec.com, you are responsible for the original shipping charges to you, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package (on both the original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package to Creative Recreation. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.

DIFFRENT BILL TO AND SHIP TO

Creative Recreation uses several measures to protect you from fraud. One of these measures is to check if the shipping and billing addresses provided during checkout are the same. If these addresses do not match, a customer service representative will contact the cardholder to verify the order legitimacy prior to it being processed. In some cases, this may delay the order processing if we are not able to reach the cardholder immediately.

P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses

Shipping is not available for PO, APO, or FPO boxes. If an order is placed to one of those address's the order will be cancelled and refunded back to the customer.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS-

 

Creative Recreation has partnered with a trusted third-party company, International Checkout, to fulfill orders for our International customers. Simply put the items you wish to purchase in our Shopping Cart and choose the "International Checkout" option. Your items will be transferred to International Checkout for processing. You may pay by International credit card, PayPal or bank transfer. International Checkout will process your order, including billing, shipping and customer service. Once your order is completed, all inquiries should be directed to International Checkout at support@internationalcheckout.com.

Promotion Codes

All promotion codes are a 1 time use only and is limited to 5 pairs maximum.Promotions codes cannot be combined to already discounted items, and excludes our classic models/line.
Please see our Return Policy for returns in regards to promotion codes.

Set Shipping Rates

All shipping rates are set rates on up to five pairs maximum. If your order is for more than 5 pairs we will contact you and will have to adjust your shipping price to the appropriate amount. This can delay your shipment by 1-2 business days.

Failed Transactions

In the case that your card appears to be charged more than once and/or the card is declined for any reason, it is actually called a pre-authorization which usually occurs when you are using a debit card instead of a credit card. This checks if there are sufficient funds available before a user places an order. The pre-authorization hold will drop off your pending items within a couple of days depending on the policies of your bank.

If for any reason you believe that you should have the funds available right away, please contact your bank to see if you may have the funds released. If you do not receive an order confirmation, it means that the order did not go through and we will not have records of this transaction. However, if you feel that this is a mistake on our end, please do not hesitate to call our customer service line.
