Orders placed before 11:00 AM Eastern Time will typically ship the same day. Orders placed after that time will be processed the following business day.

We ship from Los Angeles, and delivery times depend on your location and the shipping option selected.

Standard:  Delivery is 3-5 days (NO WEEKEND DELIVERY)

2 DAY:  Delivery is 2-3 Business Days* (NO WEEKEND DELIVERY)

NEXT DAY:  Delivery is Next Business Day* (NO WEEKEND DELIVERY)
 

*Please note that transit times do not include weekends or holidays. While we work closely with our carriers, Creative Recreation is not responsible for delays caused by shipping providers.

REFUNDS.

Returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery.

Returned items must be unworn and in the same condition they were originally shipped.

Once your return is received and approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method for the purchase price of the product.

For international orders, original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Orders that are not delivered due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information cannot be refunded unless the package is returned to CREATIVE RECREATION as undeliverable.

EXCHANGES.
 

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different size or style, please return your item following the return process below and place a new order.

Please include your order number and request an RMA authorization number. Once approved, we will provide return instructions and the return shipping address.

For U.S. orders, returns on full-price items are free.

For international orders, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a traceable and insured shipping service.

Once your return arrives, please allow 3–7 business days for processing.

Shipping costs vary depending on destination and package size. Delivery typically takes 2–4 weeks.

International customers are responsible for all duties, customs fees, and taxes that may be charged upon delivery.

At this time, international orders can be paid via PayPal or credit card through PayPal and must ship to a confirmed PayPal address.
